まさか、文庫版になっているとは思わなかった。
「ジャズ喫茶のマスターの癖に生意気だ」（ジャイアン風に）。
――と思ったら、新装版の単行本まで出ていた。

以前挙げた「Sometimes I'm Happy」の歌入りヴァージョン。

ハリー・「スウィーツ」・エディスン（tp）、ウィリー・スミス（as）、スタッフ・スミス（vln）、ファン・ティゾール（vib）。所謂「中間派」のジャズ・ミュージシャンと言ったメンバーか。

ほぼ歌手オンリーになってからのベスト・アルバム。
冒頭は、映画『スウィングガールズ』のエンディングにも使われた「L-O-V-E」。
2曲目は、『相棒』season 14第12話「陣川という名の犬」のモティーフ（?）になっている「Unforgettable」。
その他、「Mona Lisa」「Smile」「Stardust」「Nature Boy」等、ヒット曲だらけである。

「なだいなだ」と言う、精神科医・作家がいた。
筆名の意味は、「nada y nada」（スペイン語）＝「nothing and nothing」（英語）。
推測だが、出典はこの短篇では無いかと思う。
